April 19, 2018 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

AFWA Dinner & Speaker – April 19, 2018 Jason Bowser on “Leadership Skills”

Jason Bowser will be presenting “Leadership Qualities, Personal Brand & Legacy”

Jason’s Topic Outline – Leadership: Being Authentic will Build Legacy and Brand. Leadership is a choice each and every day of our lives. The choices we make ultimately will build our brand in this ever changing business and personal environment. It is no longer only about modeling the way or leading by example; employees, co-workers, friends and family all want to be inspired to do things that they feel are impossible. So how do you do this? During this presentation we will be doing several activities that will help us understand what our leadership qualities, personal brand, and legacy can be.

Jason Bowser is currently a Managing Director, and Regional Manager for Union Bank. His entire 20 year banking career has been exclusively with Union Bank in the San Diego area.

Additionally, Jason serves on the board of Lead San Diego, and has attended their Impact and Influence leadership program. Lastly and most importantly he is the Treasurer for the local Little League in his community.
