Allison Soares is a COO & Partner at Vanst Law firm. As an attorney, Allison Soares has represented hundreds of clients before the IRS, FTB, EDD, and SBOE.
In addition to having a JD and Master of Laws in Taxation, Ms. Soares has an MBA in Forensic Accounting. Ms. Soares advises an array of clients on complex business transactions and has an in-depth knowledge of corporate, contract, and tax law. Currently, Ms. Soares is also an adjunct professor at San Diego State University teaching a course on Tax Procedures, Practice and Ethics at the Charles Lamden School of Accountancy.

Ms. Lauren Suarez Lauren Suarez has representative experience defending individuals and entities before the IRS, FTB, EDD, and CA Dept of Tax & Fee Admin.
Prior to joining Vanst Law firm, Ms. Suarez was a tax associate at BDO USA, LLP where she worked in the compliance area of tax return preparation for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. She also acquired a large amount of sales and use tax knowledge from previous industry experiences.
Ms. Suarez was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She attended Loyola University of Chicago for her undergraduate work where she majored in English with minors in Political Science and Business Administration. After college she went on to receive her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business and Taxation from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA
