After many rewarding years as an oncology nurse in top-ranked hospitals and clinics internationally, she was invited to work alongside Deepak Chopra at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. As the Center Director, she was recognized by Deepak for “ushering the Perfect Health Program to higher levels of success”. It was there that her speaking career began, and she has since been adynamic presence at conferences, workshops, and seminars.

With her integrative and mindfulness-based approach, she has coached a diverse group of people from around the globe, including those with a wide range of “day-jobs”, such as celebrities, executives, moms, and even Olympic athletes. In addition to her private and group mentoring, she works as a corporate wellness consultant, speaking and leading workshops for companies looking to create “conscious cultures” in the workplace, filled with thriving employees.
